Blake Naftel, Senior Chase Guide

Blake is a dedicated storm chaser from Michigan. A student of geosciences and communications at Western Michigan University, his interest in severe weather date back to early childhood. He has pursued and documented numerous forms of severe weather from the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Plains states since 1996. An avid photographer, Blake has produced video material for The Weather Channel, local and regional media outlets, and SKYWARN spotter training conducted by the National Weather Service and Michigan State Police.
